LogoSmith is a digital service that delivers AI-generated logos and design files electronically. All files are delivered instantly through your browser—no physical shipping required.
Instant Access
When you purchase credits:
• Credits are added to your account immediately
• You can start generating logos right away
• No waiting period or manual approval
• Access from any device via your browser
Generation Times
Logo generation time depends on complexity:
• Standard logos: 30-60 seconds
• Complex designs: 60-120 seconds
• Brand kits: 2-3 minutes
• Logo variations: 30-45 seconds per batch
During peak times, you may experience additional queue time. A progress indicator shows estimated completion time.
Available File Formats
All generated logos are available in:
• SVG: Scalable vector—ideal for web and resizing
• PNG: High-resolution raster with transparent background
• PDF: Print-ready vector format
All files are optimized for commercial use with full quality.
Download Availability
Once your logo is generated:
• Download buttons appear immediately
• All file formats available at once
• Downloads start instantly when clicked
• No limit on number of downloads
• Re-download from your account history anytime
Logo Storage
• Generated logos are stored for 90 days
• Access and re-download anytime during this period
• Downloaded files are yours to keep permanently
• After 90 days, logos are deleted from our servers
• Make sure to download logos before expiration
Generation Failures
If logo generation fails:
• You will receive an error notification
• Your credit will be refunded automatically
• You can retry at no additional cost
• Contact support for persistent issues
Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
• Scheduled maintenance (typically 2-4 AM Pacific)
• Unexpected technical issues
• Third-party service outages
We will notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
No Physical Delivery
LogoSmith is digital-only. We do not ship physical products. For printed materials (business cards, signage), you can provide your downloaded logo files to any print vendor.
